Pristatymo galimybės

IKRITO.LT komanda dėl klientų patogumo planuoja pristatymus sekančią darbo dieną po užsakymo patvirtinimo. Patikslinimui siunčiame gavėjui el. laišką su numatoma pristatymo data.

Perdavus prekę kurjeriui, atsiųsime SMS bei informuosime el. paštu, tuomet beliks laukti vežėjo SMS/skambučio su planuojamu pristatymo datos bei laiko patikslinimu.

Jei pasirinkote prekių pristatymą į paštomatą, tai kai siunta pasiekia paštomatą, klientui papildomai išsiunčiama sms su pranešimu, kad siuntą jau galima atsiimti

Jei prekės jau iškeliavo pas jus, pasirinkus pristatymą per DPD kurjerių tarnybą, kai gausite iš DPD kurjerių tarnybos SMS pranešimą su nuoroda, galėsite pakeisti adresą ir gavimo datą. Pasirinkus kitus pristatymo būdus, reikia susisiekti su mumis telefonu.

Priklausomai nuo pasirinkto pristatymo būdo, gausite SMS pranešimą iš IKRITO.LT arba iš pristatymo teikėjo. Taip pat prireikus IKRITO.LT klientų aptarnavimo vadybininkas susisieks su Jumis telefonu ir pateiks papildomos informacijos.

Pristatymo eigos informaciją bei užsakymo būseną galite sužinoti „Asmeninėje paskyroje”- ji yra prieinama, jei pirkote užsiregistravę svetainėje.

What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major kitchen/laundry appliances and TVs over 43″.

Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
